Firstly
the steel structure required by the customer is
accurately modeled in 3D.
Iron plate into the factory, on the platform cutting
Fire up and start cutting
Embedded plate connecting plate with CNC drill
precision drilling
The cut iron plate is assembled into h section steel
Weld h beam with automatic welder
Manual welding, precision is very important
Weld all welds by hand
Transfer to remove rust and paint
after all welding is completed
Section steel through the shot
blasting machine, clean the rust.
The whole H-beam production process is basically over
