GALVALUME STEEl coil/plate
GALVALUME STEEl coil/plate is a kind of high performance metal material that forms aluminum-zinc alloy coating on the surface of cold rolled steel substrate through hot dip process. The coating is made of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600℃, forming a compact aluminum - iron - silicon - zinc quaternary junction crystal structure.
Compared with traditional galvanized sheet, it has the following core advantages:
Excellent corrosion resistance: aluminum elements form alumina protective layer, zinc provides sacrificial protection, comprehensive corrosion resistance is 2-6 times that of galvanized sheet;
High thermal reflectivity: the reflectivity is twice that of galvanized sheet, suitable for heat insulation scenarios;
Better economy: under the same weight, the coverage area is 3% more than galvanized sheet, reducing the comprehensive use cost;
Wide processing adaptability: support coil and sheet form, can be customized size and surface treatment (such as passivation, oiling).
AFP Galvalume Steel is a composite sheet coated with a transparent or light green fingerprint resistant coating on the surface of Galvalume Steel. Its core functions include:
Anti-fingerprint contamination/corrosion resistance/aesthetics.
Production process: precise control from substrate to finished product
Our production process integrates efficiency and quality assurance:
Pretreatment: unwinding, welding, degreasing cleaning (5 levels of spray system to remove oil and impurities);
Coating process: after annealing and reduction, the aluminum and zinc molten pool is immersed, and the thickness of the coating is accurately controlled by the air knife;
Post-treatment: finishing straightening to improve flatness, optional passivation/oiling anti-rust treatment.
Green manufacturing: Environmental value proposition
Cleaner production: using gas radiant tube heating technology, energy saving 22% compared with traditional electroplating process;
Recycling economy: 100% scrap material is recovered and remelted, and the recovery rate of aluminum and zinc is > 95% after the slag is separated by centrifugation;
Long life design: theoretical life ≥25 years in C3 corrosive environment (ISO 12944 standard), reducing resource consumption.
