Instructions on stainless steel coils
Stainless steel coil is a thin sheet alloy material made by precision rolling process with iron, chromium and nickel as the core elements. As the source factory integrating industry and trade, we strictly follow the British standard (BS EN 10088), American standard (ASTM A240/A240M), European standard (EN 10088) and other international standards to ensure seamless connection between product performance and global market demand.
As the source factory, we adopt the whole process of independent production, from raw materials to finished products strictly
control, to ensure quality traceability

Raw material selection: high purity nickel and chromium alloy billet is selected, and the composition is detected by spectrometer, which conforms to ASTM/EN standard.
Smelting and casting:
Electric arc furnace melting, precise temperature control to 1600℃, remove impurities and adjust the alloy proportion.
The slab is formed by continuous casting process, with a thickness of 150-250mm, without internal pores and slag inclusions.
Hot and cold rolling:
Hot rolling: the slab is heated to 1200℃, and the slab is roughed and finished to the thickness of 3-20mm to form the primary coil.
Cold rolling: after annealing, secondary rolling to 0.05-3mm, improve surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
Annealing and pickling:
Continuous annealing furnace eliminates internal stress and restores material ductility.
The mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid is pickled to remove the oxide scale and passivate the surface.
Rolling and packaging: real-time monitoring by laser thickness gauge, cutting error ≤0.02mm; Anti-rust paper + steel belt binding, to meet the needs of sea moisture-proof.
Description of the core features of the product
Corrosion resistance: passivation film is formed by adding chromium (≥10.5%), which can resist acid, alkali, salt spray and humid environment erosion, and is suitable for harsh scenes such as chemical industry and ocean engineering.
High strength and toughness: tensile strength of more than 520MPa, yield strength of more than 210MPa, both impact resistance and fatigue resistance, to meet the needs of automotive structural parts, building load-bearing parts and other high strength.
Thermal stability: stable in the range of -200℃ to 800℃, not easy to oxidation or deformation at high temperature, suitable for high temperature equipment manufacturing (such as boilers, heat exchangers).
Easy processability: support cold rolling, stamping, welding and other processes, can be customized thickness (0.05mm-8mm), width (100mm-2000mm) and surface treatment (2B, BA, No.4, etc.).
Surface treatment of stainless steel
NO.1
After hot rolling, heat treatment and pickling treatment, the surface is rough and dull, silver white. It is often used in chemical equipment, corrosion resistant structural parts and other industrial fields.
2B
After cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling and mild leveling treatment, the surface is even matte, slightly hazy. Suitable for kitchen utensils, architectural decoration and other occasions requiring medium gloss.
BA
Made by cold rolling and bright annealing process, the surface is as smooth and transparent as mirror, without obvious processing texture. Common in precision instruments, high-end decorative materials.
NO.4
Use 150-180# grinding belt to polish, form a fine short linear lines (hair silk lines), with a certain reflectivity. Widely used in elevators, home appliance panels, etc.
HL
Through continuous grinding to produce uniform long straight lines, showing matte metal texture, also known as "hair board". More used for doors, Windows, handrails and other decorative parts.
8K
High precision polishing process, the surface to achieve mirror effect, high image definition. It is divided into ordinary 8K (basic mirror) and fine 8K (ultra-high reflection), which is used for reflective decoration and art installation.
Perforated
Stamping regular holes on the plate, both functional and decorative, common in the building ventilation partition, filter screen, etc.
Embossed
The three-dimensional pattern (such as diamond, square, etc.) is formed by mould pressing to enhance anti-slip and visual effect, which is used for floor and decorative wall.
Color
Endow surfaces with color (such as gold, rose, blue, etc.) by electroplating, PVD, or coating techniques for art deco and signage systems.
Water Ripple
The special embosting process forms wavy texture with dynamic light and shadow effect, which is mostly used for high-end decorative panels and art design (Note: it is not directly mentioned in the evidence, and is a common process in the industry).

Curtain wall and roof: 304/316L stainless steel coils are weather resistant and used for the facade of landmark buildings (such as Stonecutters Bridge in Hong Kong).
Interior decoration: mirror/brushed surface treatment, handrail, elevator panel, both aesthetic and durable.
Structural components: Dual phase steel coils are used in the body frame to reduce weight by 30% and improve crash safety.
Exhaust system: 409/439 stainless steel coil is resistant to high temperature exhaust gas corrosion and prolongs service life.
Kitchen utensils: 430 stainless steel rolls processed into POTS and utensils, in line with FDA food contact standards.
Electronic products: ultra-thin precision coil (0.2mm) for mobile phone frame, battery case, both strength and electromagnetic shielding.
